Shipping policy

Goods are supplied via our courier network. We currently use Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL (Northern Ireland), all tracked services.

Normally, couriers are used depending on total order weight:

>50g (o-rings) - Royal Mail

Up to 5kg - DPD Local

Over 5kg - DPD

Current shipping times: estimated within 2-3 working days.

Direct Hoses Limited retain the right to choose which courier the goods are shipped on.

Please advise within 24 hours of the item being delivered if there are any issues with the order.
